Panduit® SynapSense® IOT-9CVM-8 External Vibration Sensor, 868 MHz Frequency, AA Alkaline Battery

The vibration sensor shall be wireless and run on standard AA batteries. A 3-axis MEMS based accelerometer shall measure on the x, y and z axis to determine velocity and frequency of the measured vibration. The sensor shall be adjustable to capture data based on an assessment interval from 20 s to 12 hr only after a vibration exceeds the adjustable assessment threshold (0 to 1 g). Low power (sleep) mode shall start automatically when no or extraneous vibrations are present or as set in a customizable work time (all-day/specific time). The sensor shall report the duty cycle of the measured vibration throughout the heartbeat (update time). The sensor data shall be delivered wirelessly to a gateway for transmission to an online or premises based configuration management/database system. The configuration management/database system shall allow review and export of the information as a data sheet or graph. The system shall alert the user(s) when a measurement exceeds a pre-defined set point. Notifications shall be configured based on time of day parameters.
